1. Automatic top-up process
Top up your balance from your ProxyHub.vn account. Payment methods, amounts and transfer references are shown when you create a request.
- Step 1: Log in and open the Top up section.
- Step 2: Choose a supported payment method and review the transaction details.
- Step 3: Pay the exact amount to the correct receiving account using the reference provided by the system.
- Step 4: Check the transaction status and your balance after the system confirms payment.
2. Important top-up instructions
- Do not reuse expired payment details; always use the current Top up page.
- Do not change the transfer reference when a specific transaction code is required.
- Keep the receipt or transaction ID for verification if you need support.
- If your payment has not been credited, check its status and contact support before paying again.
- Do not send money to accounts from unofficial sources or accounts not shown in the payment interface.
